Ok so I have a 50mW laser and ive had it for a while now and im sure its 50mW but then again I dont have a power metter so I cant be sure, is their some little experiments that I can do to find out if its realy that?

Like I can pop a ballon easy but is their maybe a timeframe for black ballon poping or something just so I could make sure or something like that.

Nope, you need a laser power meter.
You can send the laser to someone here who has a LPM.

Were did you get it from, that be an easy way to tell around what power it really is.

ie, ebay=49.99mw ir, .01mw green.
