FDA???

is there anyone that can explain the fda crap to me i dont understand everything you have to do to make them legal. i have made a really nice burning laser and would like to sell it but after i ran into info about Regulations im not so sure anymore :'(

It's ebay you want to worry about, not the FDA. Sell it as a professional light show module and you should be good. JUST DONT CALL IT A POINTER!!!
