eBay laser seller fails on laser safety

so i was looking at green lasers one ebay since my current one just died :'(
i dont care if ebay lasers are crap, there cheap and nothing to worry about.
so i seen this one seller with a so cal "200mW" green laser. but as i looked at his pics guess what i saw

vehicles are driving right where he is pointing the darn laser !! Ahhh

Well for one, he/she is on the other side of the world, but i guess i could report him to eBay.
