Ebay CR123 4 batteries + charger

Has anyone experience with those cheap packages on ebay?:
Are these batteries good of quality?

I want to use them in my DIY MXDL laser flashlight

Do NOT buy off branded batteries. The chances of something going wrong with these is much higher than buying branded cells.

Are those protected cells?

I just ordered something similar from DX, but with protected cells. I wouldn't recommend running DIY projects of unprotected cells really, as those can become quite dangerous when shorted or even dicharged too far.
