ebay banning laser sales ??

ebay is being a fool once again, and new laws are apparently breaching sales of lasers over a certain mw, is this true, i purchased one2 days ago, it was paid for, it hasnt arrived when it ment to, and the listing has been deleted, .. and paypal have no record ???

i just bought a 100mw from ebay about 2 weeks ago and received it and i think i got lucky it seems they have banned lasers over 5mw from ebay what mw was the laser u bought?
