dx 70 mw help with TTL

Hi. Just got the DX 70 mW red module, and am having difficulty understanding how the TTL is supposed to work.
I have a Velleman PCGU-1000 function generator with TTL output, and am wondering how to make this sucker pulse... Have read other posts about the same topic but cannot seem to get the answer... I'd appreciate some help...

Don't mind me, just "bumping" this as I too would like info regarding the 3wire pin out and TTL abilities.
