I recently purchaced this from DX 
x 50 mW sku 12342. The switch has become misaligned and it will not turn on anymore. Does anyone know how this laser comes apart at the top. I cant reach the sponge covering the switch and contact from the rear but I though the top would unscrew but apparently not or maybe its glued? I am afraid to try any type of tools on it until I can understand where and how the top is connected to the body. DX will not replace it although its 3 weeks old due to the Us regulations that Dx now claims to be following. they want me to return it for store credit or a <5 mW replacement and I am not interested in either
