DVD Laser Diode?

I want to build a DVD Laser Pointer, but I heard that someone sells just the diode for only $10.
Does anyone know who sells these and where to get hold of him?

I did at one time have some diodes - but they are long gone from the group buy ! :'( :'( :'(

Well it looks like I won't be able to send you a free diode :'( The massive garage sale that always had plentiful supplies of dvd stuff just didn't have'em this year so sorry
However, instead of getting a green like I was going to, I think I'm gonna just go for the non used dvd burner and make a laser out of it. If anyone wants the IR diode PM me. I'll keep you guys updated so L8er.
