That is idiotic, but they are his phones that he is ruining so whatever, still it's idiotic.
He doesn't know how to focus the laser, and I wonder if he was wearing laser safety glasses?
He didn't say that safety glasses are needed which is very bad.
Also I assume he meant that you can take the ruined phone on a plane, not the laser to ruin it with while flying.
Seriously this is what happens when you legalize pot.

I think we should bring Darwinism back. If people do this to their phones then they didn't think ahead.

I don't usually insult the things people do, that they enjoy doing, as long as it isn't dangerous to others but that is just stupid. To purposefully destroy something of your own is idiotic but I am not one to judge, but to encourage others to do it isn't right.
