Does anyone know the wavelength of the diode in a NEBO 5077 Flashlight?

Hello everyone!

I'm new here, and I recently took the diode out of a NEBO 5077 flashlight.
I know this is a red diode, but I do not know the wavelength or power of this diode.
Does anyone know the specs for this diode?
On the case, it says it is a Class IIIb laser diode.
At the bottom of the diode where the leads come in there is a chip that says 095 on it.
Is this the driver for the diode, or do I need to build a driver circuit?
I have plenty of experience with electronics, so it should be relatively simple to do.

So, I soldered leads onto this diode, and when I did, the little chip fell off, leading a bare solder pad. I originally thought nothing of this. So, I made a simple driver with an LM317 and a potentiometer to test the diode, as I was afraid I overheated it during the soldering process. I plugged the leads in, and nothing happened.
Then I thought the chip might have made a vital connection between the pad and the lead.
So, I then took a wire, hooked it into the same row of the breadboard that the other lead was in, and touched it to the solder pad.

It worked!!!!

So, now I'm going to make a solder bridge where the chip was. I assume it was an SMD resistor, and my driver has a potentiometer and a resistor, so I don't need the chip.
