From your added comments I still don't see a real example of being ripped-off.
The general consensus would seem to support the idea that getting ripped-off is akin to stealing. That is, that they took something from you under false pretenses and gave you nothing in return.
From all that I have read about DD here in the past few months it seems that the normal business practices for them is to have such a hit-and-miss response to orders that you shouldn't expect much from them and that even that might be a long time coming.
This is why the reports of good products and timely deliveries become noteworthy.
Overall DD doesn't seem to try to rip-off anyone. They are just somewhat incompetent at what they do. Well meaning, perhaps, but still unable to do what they (want).
Even your postings seem to indicate that you knew this from the start. So how can you feel ripped-off from someone you know isn't likely to be able to give you what you asked for ?
As I stated before, I would suggest next time something more along the lines of "Another QUALITY DinoDirect purchase." that adds more information to the general database concerning this supplier and their business practices for the title of a thread.

Every item I've recieved from DD has been on spec +/- %10, which I believe is reasonable. Or WAY overspec, 50mw = 147mw, 50mw = 121mw and 50mw = 98mw. All of these were the same model however, probably one of the only items I'd be comfortable buying from DD.

haha, on the package, they don't even write anything from what I remember :shhh:.

They just put price: $10 on them.
Comes with a rechargable battery, I'd LPM mine again right now, but my lil' buddy went out today :can:. I'm still keeping the 150mw one I got, the others were sold to local laser fans (friends, each have a pair of Survival Laser glasses) I'd feel like a jackss if I were to sell on profit purely on luck of the draw. When I bought mine, it was $15, now they're $13, they might be clearencing the bad units or legitimately having a sale.

Thats pretty cool i guess, I mean atleast your proof that some good things can come out of the deal for DD. like if thats true it tempts me to get one, and this time ill be sure to know that i have a chance of getting something crappy .

So I got it and apparent its 100mw it even says it on the sticker, its brighter then my o-like 50mw , wow these are great for the price, DD is back! lol
