I'm thinking about a new Maglight host, and much prefer the side clicky it provides, but I'm looking for something a bit nicer than the stock utilitarian rubber pad. I want to replace it with something like this:

Look like the stock maglight hole is the right diameter, but I see no good way to mount it "into" the provided recess of the stock switch location. I'm thinking the only soultion would be a machined plate that is curved on the bottom to srest on top of the mag barrel, and flat on top to provide a mounting platform for the new switch. What say you. I also belive a special spacer, curved on one side would be needed for inside the barrel so the nut could be tightened?
