does anyone know, where I could find a custom logo laser pointer?
Exactly like this, but custom text:

Hmm ive actually wondered how these worked myself... sorry i cant help you though.
 
If you have some money to burn make a laser projector with 2 galvos. Its in no way portable but you can make pictures and text easily.
