when i was taking photos of my blu-ray the other day for my listing on ebay i came across this cool affect. i shone the blu-ray laser on some silly puddy that i flattened out and made kind of shiny and reflected it onto a piece of white paper. when it hit the paper it fluoresced brilliantly creating this affect.
