Hey, guys!! I bought an x-switch from Flaminpyro a couple weeks ago. I want to put a single mode diode red on it for the Leadlight Pen host I have. The current is fixed at 320mA. I was kind of thinking maybe an LPC836... what do you guys think?

Also, after searching a bunch and reading about how this diode is case negative, would the third example in this picture be most appropriate for this diode pinout type?
