Cleaning my old laser?

Trying to figure out how to remove the focus part on the front of my laser. It is about 8 years old (serial number is 0000042, probably doesn't mean anything though) and the front gold part turns. I tried to just keep trying to turn it a little harder after it stops one way or the other but am afraid I will break it, anyone have any idea how to do it?

Scratch that. If its focus-able I'm not sure.

Try using rubbing alchohal and a q-tip on the lens but I think you should just get a new laser how many mw is that ? Get one of these http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/swims-new-overspec-5mw-pen-shop-stock-65618.html they are not very expensive and will be as powerful or more powerful than the one you have

That's a really neat pen laser if it focuses!

I second the q-tip + isopropyl. Don't need much pressure, just contact.
