So I got this game from Think Geek awhile back called Khet
http://www.thinkgeek.com/geektoys/games/7eaa/
And aside from the "wow it's a laser game" factor, it is a ton of fun to play.
Now there is an expansion called Eye of Horus. This consists of 2 beam splitters (11.99 for the set)
They work very well for my DIY red, so it leads me to believe they were coated just for red. When I tried my green there was alot of scatter from the original dots. (i'll try to get pics as soon as I can)
So if you guys are looking for some cheap, self-standing beam splitters for reds I recommend them.
Has anyone else tried them? I also don't know what % they split, I don't have a meter setup yet so I don't know if it's 50/50
