Cant figure out battery orentation

Bought the green 500mw version and I received it today. No instructions on battery orientation. Even in the website. It has a spring in the tailcap and on the laser module. I emailed laserpointerstore the question but it could be days before I get a reply. Just wondering if anyone knows or has one?

Iv killed to many lasers in the past guessing incorrectly. Not doing that again
