Can you combine the output of RGB LEDs with X-cube and get triple the power density?

I was thinking about how intense a beam you can get with only LEDs, not using any laser. So I kind of wondered if combining the output of red, green and blue LEDs with X-cube would be a good idea and how much intensity can you squeeze out of just LEDs, maybe also by pulsing them.

You can combine them with an x-cube, Ive done it. It theory it should be a simple addition of power but in real life theres losses, but it still should combine the power. Assuming you combined red green and blue LEDs you would end up with "white" light from the output, but the apparent brightness might not be all that impressive compared to simply using a high power white LED.
