Can anyone ID this diode?

I need to ID this diode, it looks to be about 9mm across the main body, the flange at the back is about 11mm.

Its a 808nm diode (well, it WAS one) and I'm looking to replace them in some DPSS greens that I use at work.

Original spec of the module states that its a 1mW, looks a bit brighter than 1 but its a professional grade thing that we paid ££££'s for.

Any help is appreciated.

Dave.

Where did it come from?

It's out of a medical positioning laser, Create's a crosshair at about 10Meters.

Not bad quality, but unfortunately they don't seem to last long. The company that makes them would like to bum us for about £2k to replace them.

I can replace them with a generic module, at a cost, but I want to replace the diode in the original optics to keep it all original.

Dave.
