burning capability question

I have a "400"mw 405nm laser I wanna know if focused can 300-400mw light cigarettes for instance? Ive done so but don't have a LPM to test and wanna gauge my lasers power best I can. Thanks!

Lasers are about the worst thing to light your cigarette with... pointing something that can easily blind you right by your face isn't a great idea. I've never lit a cigarette but I know that 300-400 can light matches, and burn through CD cases. I recommend lighting a match with a laser and then using that match to light the cigarette

Lol lighting a cig doesn't necessarily mean pI'mointing the laser in your eyes but you still didn't quite give me the answer i was looking for

It was light without inhaling m my hands btw

Yea, I misinterpreted your question. Honestly, there is no accurate way to gauge your lasers without a LPM
