Budget Gadgets Vs. O-like

im going to buy the new style 200mW red laser pointer but i cant decide were to buy it from.
it all depends on which one will ship faster i live in America (Kentucky) also
should i get DHL EMS or Hong Kong Post which one is the fastest without it getting took by customs.

i need this laser pointer to arrive in 7 days (including Saturday and Sunday)
is there anyway possible i can get it by then?

and is Halloween a holiday in China?

I also live in Kentucky and it only took 7 days to get here. Ordered Monday and got it the next monday. Oh yeah and it was from O-like. Just remind Susie about your order and she will probably ship it out asap.
