Broken Laser pointer :(

Hi everybody I just recently started using laser pointers and have no idea what went wrong
I thought the more experienced people of Laserpointerforums could help me before i ask for a return on my laser pointer and wait 1 month

I have an O-Like 50mw transformable
I was playing around with it today and decided to change the battery
when i turned it on it turned on for a second and turned off
now it wont turn on at all..

any ideas whats wrong?
i havent dropped this its a day old

Kindof a dumb question but are you sure the battery is in the right way and charged ?

Yeap tried two other batteries and tried both ways

but mines 50mw
