Better to ship to customers in China or England?

Hi there, i have a customer who is interested in a couple of my lasers. I have a choice of sending them to London or China. In your opinions which is the best to send to? Like between the two countrys customs agents which is less likely to confiscate them?

I see your from the UK, have you ever got lasers shipped to you from the US? If you have how are the packages listed? I mean is the description flashlights? I used to live in the UK and i know how funny customs can be about various things.

I've not had any lasers as such, just hosts and parts, they're shipped as "Electronic" Parts or flashlight, if you get something shipped, get the tail end and batts shipped separately from the main laser
