Anyone know where the link is to remove the board/PS from the Green LD module? I thought it had been done successfully, to allow for a different physical configuration.

i removed a driver once, 150mw o-like module. carefully removed all accessible epoxy with a dremel, then sawed (irregular verb?) with a jewelers saw (very thin blade!) between the head and driver. finally they were only connected by the two pins, somehow i managed to desolder them without destroying it.. 
of course i destroyed the driver later, while filing away as much as possible to save space. ended replacing the driver, but thats a different story..
