Finding Flexdrives available and paying for them hurts like a sucker punch but damn they are pretty freakin' sweet drivers. Then again if you're building a unit with SEVEN 445 diodes in it why not go all the way and get the simplest and most reliable drivers.

I'm going to build my own drivers based on the lm3405. The application notes are straightforeward, parts are cheap and I may learn something new. Worst case scenario I blow a 10 dollar diode and end up buying flex drives.
Best case scenario I save $150
