I recently got a pl-e pro 532nm 800mw from Jetlasers. I love it!! So far, I've been using These brown LG 18650 batteries that are high drain, that I also use with my e cig. They work perfect, but I have the space inside the pl-e pro for a single 26650 battery. Here are the specs on the 18650 I'm using.

High Drain- 20A constant current, 35A pulse current load.
Model: LG 18650 HG2
Nominal Capacity: 3000mAh
Nominal Voltage: 3.6V
Full charge Voltage: 4.2V
Operating Temperature (cell surface): Charge 0 ~ 50℃ , Discharge -20 ~ 75℃
Diameter : 18.3 + 0.2/-0.3 mm ( Max. 18.5 mm )
Height : 65.0 ± 0.2 mm ( Max. 65.2 mm )
Weight Max. 48.0 g
Positive terminal: Flat top

I'd like to have a 26650 battery that is high quality like the LG, but with more capacity. I don't want a protected cell. Gray told me not to use protected batteries. I've seen a lot of 26650s available online, and yeah, I could study for hours and figure it out myself, but I was hoping someone else would have already been through this, and found the absolute best there is to offer true capacity wise.

I commonly see king kong 26650s, and that's what I have. cn quality goods sells 4200mAh ones, though right now their site doesnt work

I am using the 5200mah Orbtronic protected cells in my 1watt 520nm PL-E Pro .It uses 2 in series hence the protection.I crushed the top terminal of the cell next to the tail cap accidentally...but it works no problem. They are long cells IOW.

Run time is excellent and they produce maximum power output as well.

Probably made in China...they seem to be very good cells.

Much better runtime than my 3400mah panasonic 18650's FWIW.
