I am looking for remote targetting basis whih be able to precisely change and stable keep direction of optical system.
Very similar to CCTV rotator like this:
Unfortunately CCTV rotators moving speed is unacceptable.
Even if I would to drive motors by self made electronics for slow down, I'm afraid about backlash gears and stability in position set.
I'm going to targetting beam from distance around 100m with precision around several centimeters.
May be anyone could show me where I should to look for.
I need just stable mechanics with motors (DC or BLDC) able to slowly change heading direction in ranges:
X axis - 90 degree
Y axis - 45 degree.
Maybe somewhere exists something more robust (an not very expensive) than CCTV rotator.
