Hi Folks,
In my limited experience with this hobby, I have found that the re-chargeable Li-Ion cells seem to charge and dis-charge at different rates, and store different amounts of charge.
I have found that by charging them individually (one at a time), they then seem to last more consistently than when both / all charged together.
Whether this is a characteristic of the chargers I have, both from HongKong, or because of the nature of cheap Li-Ion batteries, I don't know.
Hope this helps.
David
