Are these chargers secure and safe?

RCR123A Battery Charger

They just look too weak, are these any better than a xtar mp2?
I cant remember where but I know there was someone here on the forums that had their charger or battery explode and im just a little cautious so it doesnt happen to me.

Yes i would trust this charger, i doubt its worse nor better than the xtar mp2.
As a general rule of thumb i would trust most products from survival lasers as
they are quit a trusted store.
