Hello I have wasted a lot of time trying to get someone from wickedlasers to answer back to me so I'm just trying to find out if there is someone in the U.S. That could repair it for me? I have a brand new tenergy battery fully charged and when put in it gets no power.

Do one thing for us, remove the tailcap, and with your multi-meter on mA setting, place one of the probes on the battery and the other one on the threads of the arctic.
this will see if its drawing any current,
or connect the battery to the threads with a wire (without the tailcap), if it laser turns on its a tailcap issue.
