Anyone used these goggles before?

Hi Jessl,

Did you realise that
this is exactly the same as the one you linked?

If not, I can safely tell you that, it is the same. And you are just paying a lot more for the case.

Next, it works well with my 2W 445nm laser. When I put it on, I can see the spot quite clearly, although I cannot see the beam.

They are of average quality, and since it is suitable for my 2W, it should be suitable for your 1.3W as well.

Cheers,

Wut? I don't understand what you are talking about? I am just answering the "One-post guy's" question?

Which other guy you think I have mistaken for?

There wss another guy with two posts that had the same googles and same question only an hour or so this member asked it, i answered it, i couldn't believe two new members would ask about same googles only an hour apart

Oh, I didn't notice that. Imma go see your response. :)

if I can give you some advice, buy a pair of "eagle pair", they cost a little more but I think they have a better quality, I have taken them on survival laser.

If you are under budget, just get the generic China one first. Eagle Pair is very expensive compared to those China ones. But Eagle Pair works a hundred times better than those China ones.

Here's the link: Survival Laser (Get the one with the correct wavelength!)

Remember that your eyes are more important than anything else!

Those goggles will save your eyes if you accidently get flashed, but are not enough for burning or close work. I put a 2.5w plus 445nm at them and they held for way longer than one would think. (click on the pic).
The LPM is a Bluefan on High mode, so you have to add a zero to the readout.
If your going to burn things or do close work get a real pare, Eagle, OEM etc.
Please be safe.

got 2 cheap red ebay glasses, they seem to be the same when reading the offer text but:

from seller happysmile999 (sold over 2600 of this) when testing with 445nm (divergent to prevent burning a hole like in the video) laser:

and from seller bestsave (only 148 sold)

you see only the bestsave glasses stop the beam, also on the bestave glasses
is an ansi z87.1 mark

and both:

I got a couple of pairs from happy smiles, red ones and blue ones but seeing (excuse the pun!) that i have Maglite build coming from Jayrob I have ordered 2 Eagle pair from Survival Lasers. yes more expensive but I like my eyes being able to see for me!
