My program coordinator showed me this site before. He has bought a few things from there before, supposedly they are a pretty good place. I haven't bought anything there myself though. They seem to mostly deal with large-frame lasers, I heard that a few years ago one of the massive lasers from the Star Wars program in the 80's turned up on there!
