I'm looking at buying a 125mW GLP-532 from CNI, they have offered just the one to me for a price lower that Nova already, if I buy in bulk I can get it down further. At the moment they have quoted €200 (£143/USD $295), that's just for one unit. If anyone is interested just post below and I'll see what I can get it down to and then we can arrange it all.

Re: Anyone interested in green 125mW CNI group buy

I already have a X105 that has peaked at 138mw's. I am going to do some more testing on it to see what it will do since the ambient room temp. is cooler and the humidity is lower.

Anyway, who is going to provide the support if something goes wrong with the laser, and what is the warranty? How much are the shipping charges? And then there are shipping costs and the wait incurred with having to ship it back to China.... if CNI is going to provide support. I don't mean to be negative but I would rather spend the extra cash and know I am going to receive a laser that has been tested with the specs included with it, and the great customer support Nova offers.

Something sounds fishy here, sorry to say. CNI does not offer 125mW GLP 532 units from what I know. It doesn't seem like Nova can get them either so I have trouble believing you would - not to mention the $295 price sounds a bit odd for CNI. Any chance you can forward me the e-mail conversation or provide some good evidence to prove this is for real and you're not just trying to push off GLP 80mWs as 125s?

Sorry for the accusatory nature here - I'm just trying to keep a watchful eye, nothing at all against you sc_bond.

I thought the fact that they would offer me a single unit was odd and I knew a while ago they had stopped 125mW. It was in a conversation on messenger with a sales rep from CNI that I was told to contact when I last emailed CNI through their website, lsqian2006@hotmail.com.
