^^^^^ Agreed.

Both are dangerous, but a .22 propelled by gunpowder is FAR more effective at killing you then a .177 pellet propelled by CO2.

one for my father in laws birthday...

Though im thinking of some design changes to boost velocity and and accuracy :eg:

A friend of mine actually showed me one they made many years ago, the video
in this thread lit the flame to proceed

Well I dont have the Info to do Calculations, But I have a Beeman Kodiak which shoots .25s at ~800 FPS and have punched a hole in a freezer with it. I also have a .177 caliber Break barrel that shoots at 1200 FPS.

Now that may not beat some .22 stinger 1600FPS rounds, but its comparable to .22s. Just trying to point out, you dont need a firearm to shoot a projectile capable of killing someone.
