Just thought I'd publish this in here as well to make sure that as many people see it as possible. The basic idea is that we can, as a community, rent a PC game server.

It's easier if we keep the discussion to one thread only though, please use the other. Another thread will be opened in due course if the idea is popular enough, in which we can decide the details of the game(s) played and any modifications/settings, as well as the practicalities of running the server. For now, it's just an idea though, no guarantees that this goes ahead - it all depends on interest.
