I've been taking this medication and I just noticed earlier today, one of the warning labels says: "You should AVOID prolonged or excessive exposure to direct and/or artificial SUNLIGHT while taking this medication"

Second from the top label:
USP0902%20ISMP-F1sc.gif

I have been known to stare at the dot..

Would a few hours in front of a computer or tv be a violation?

any insight?

Some drugs sensitize the skin, and excessive exposure to the full spectrum of sunlight can be harmful, but not a monitor or a laser dot ;)

It's the UV part of the sunlight which is normally harmful, then if this medication is making your skin more sensitive, it's even more harmful ;)

Exactly, its usually about skin sentization, not about your eyes getting more light sensitive (unless these are eye drops or something similar).

I would recommend against directly shining a laser onto your skin, especially when its a bluray. Normally this wouldn't be recommended to do in the first place, but in this case it could potentially be more dangerous.
