Do yourself a favor and put in a bid for somewhere near as high as your willing to go.. this will help scare off the low bidders and helps keep people from getting interested..
 
Nah, I've already blown my budget on those RPLs.

But if it were to go for USD$2... ;D

So as I was saying... it is quite clearly a scam and no one should bid there :)
