Am I scammed?

Hi,

I bought an eBay 10mw green laser. (I've read the FAQ and I know I shouldn't buy from ebay). But I did it because I do not need my laser to burn/pop things. I only want the beam at night. This is the one I bought

Anyone's got experience with this seller/object? Will the laser do what I need it to do (see above)?

That doesn't look all that bad actually.

Generally when buying pointers off eBay, anything over about 20mW is a scam. But lower powered pointers are actually alright. They tend to work okay.

And that's a very cheap price too. Very cheap indeed.
