Could anyone here give me some pro's and cons about the 200MW focusable red laser?
I am going to buy this laser almost for sure but still wanna know some of the pro's and cons of it.
Is there any diffrence between these lasers below?

Hey
Only difference is battery: one is cr123 and the other one is cr2.
I can only say that my 200mW bluray looks like this one: www.rayfoss.com
had a really bad divergence. But on low distances it was easy to focus and was a great burner. Well I don't know if it's the same eith the red one.

I would go for the cr123 style laser. The cr123 cells tend to have a higher mA rating compared to the cr2, giving more power over a longer period of time. You can also find them a little easier the cr2 cells.

Are you buying this laser as a straight up burner? If so I would get a dilda from O-Like.
New Style red laser 200mW /adjustable [OLNRL200] - $44.99 : Welcome to O-Like.com, Your source for laser products

It comes with rechargeable cells, and a charger. Plus you will find that it will burn things much easier, since it wont have the extra piece of glass found in the waterproof model.

I just wanted to quote that particular line.. I noticed this recently on my little Romisen flashlight style green laser. Take out the glass lens (that appears super clean & clear) and the output gains over 10mW. The lens does rob some power.

For cheap red, I always vote dilda.

How did you take the cap off, and whats exactly the difference between the burning of those?
