As there seems to be hundreds of laser companies nowadays, it can be hard to determine which are reputable. While there is a forum for discussing such companies, a potential buyer might have to sift through multiple reviews to get a good idea of a company's reputation.
One way to solve this problem is to create a database of all known laser companies, and users would be able to rate them in terms of pricing, product quality, service, shipping speed, etc. You know, something like Yelp for lasers. Thoughts?
