Hi all. I'm a new member (from Norway) and I have a question (forgive me if this is the wrong thread). As many know, a lot of chinese laser diodes 808nm 300mW TO-18 is sold on eBay, but sadly they don't know the Iop and Imax. Does anybody here know what is the drive current @ 300mW and maximum? Thanks in advance :wave:
