They haven't tested it, but the guys at PL could probably help you get it going if it doesn't work. The chiller itself is probably worth that much. I can't tell what the plug is for sure, but it looks like 3-phase.

If by "Deep UV" you mean 266nm, that's an output of less than a milliwatt.

But those 7 Watts of 355nm/532nm are insane.

That's strange, I guess you're right. I don't see why third harmonic would be just as efficient as the second, but the fourth is .01% as efficient.
