780nm laser burns match (video)

I just received some GH0780MA2C diodes, they are 780nm and run at 200mW pulse, 100mW CW.
I've got 1 running at about 150ma I think.
I can't test the output, maybe 100mW.
It burns very well and take a while for the module to heat up. The dot is visible to the eye, a faint red dot. And the white flashes are very visible when burning.

How much did the diodes cost you? Aixiz sells 100mW 780nn modules for $20, they are good burners.
