Hey everyone,

A while back ago, I made an Anakin Skywalker 0.45 scale mini replica lightsaber and it obviously couldn't really capture a true lightsaber. You can check it out here (LINK).

After that build, I decided to create an actual sized lightsaber and what better lightsaber than Luke's first owned lightsaber? Everyone knows the iconic moment Luke pulled out his father's lightsaber given by Obi-Wan for the very first time. So I suppose you could call it Anakin's lightsaber since he built it...

Or Maz Kanata's since she had it... Or Finn's since he fought with it... Or Rey's since she too fought with it and returned it...

... Point is, a lot of important characters have owned or used this single lightsaber... For both good and evil...

Features:

- Exact Star Wars Luke Skywalker Graflex replica
- On/Off Bubble Card Slide Switch
- All METAL hilt

- NUBM44 450nm 6W Diode with G-2 lens (Crazy strong!!!)
- 14500 2x

Enjoy...

What's next?

- Youtube Video
- Blue LED AV safety switch

If you made it this far down my post, thank you so much! As strange as it is, the small but positive feedback I get from the LPF community is what motivates me to keep making laser projects.

Anyways, this lightsaber definitely was a one time thing as I used a 6W NUBM44 diode... Unfortunately, this might be the last big laser project I construct in awhile until I graduate from college in 4 or 5 years as laser building isn't quite the cheapest hobby...

Please share this with everybody, especially Star Wars fans out there! I'm starting a Youtube channel and this will be my first video so please check that out once it's released!

Thank you everybody!

or Mara Jade's lightsaber, if one thinks the alternate and previous post-return of the jedi story line is better, and I do

pretty cool, good job. I personally would've went with a 465nm diode, color is closer to the blade's.

Great looking lightsaber mod, good job!

PS - Good luck at college. :yh:

Yeah Sta and I have built lightsaber lasers too! they truly are beautiful and massive. Check out mine in my signature too! +rep well deserved :D
