5mW pointer?

Hi all. Are there anywhere 5mW 405nm diodes? I have never heard about such diodes or modules.
On ebay they are selling 5mW 405nm pens. So what is inside them?

They ebay 5mw pens are usually 30mw+.

I would guess from a bluray player. I pushed a samsung bluray player diode to 70mw

I'm sure most 405nm diodes can go past 5mw lol.
The ones on ebay are usually overspec or they have a driver set to limit the output.
