Do the 515/520nm diodes emit infrared light? As far as i understand it, they are not frequency doubled, and should therefore only emit around the 515/520nm wavelength. Is that correct?

Yes. No IR in 520nm diodes, hence the name (diode).

It is just being designed and manufactured from finished laser diode, not DPSS laser. There is no infrared light emitting from 515nm/520nm laser.
