50mW Laser Pointer button stuck

Hello everyone, somehow my older brother managed to break my laser pointer.
The button itself looks like it's not broken but when you press it, it feels stuck and doesn't click (You can press it down completely if you use force but still doesn't "click".)

How do I fix this?

The tact switch has a strip of metal that flexes when pressed. That strip has snapped. It just happens sometimes with Chinese junk, and I don't think your brother is to blame. You either have to replace the switch, get a new pointer, or just live with it.
