host: no name massive aluminium host 48mm head (modified) + homemade 25mm copper 99.99% module
diode: NUBM44-V2 @ 3.6A
laser driver: blackbuck 8m
battery: 2 26650
3 elements glass lens

measured with 3 elements glass lens

Neat build but it's a waste to use a 3 element lens on a NUBM44, you're wasting a lot of the power due to clipping off inside the lens assembly. Use a G8 for similar divergence without clipping so much off your beam, you'll see much higher power output (90% transmission G8, 72% transmission 3 element).

add connector inside for potentiometer

add switch

add connector for switch

change potentiometer position and maybe knob of potentiometer

because i have some unused hole on the host

made aluminium caps for lens

i not have G8 lens

the laser made 6,7W on G2 lens

You should get about 6.4W with a G8 lens, with similar divergence to the 3 element.
