Hi,
I removed a 405nm diode from a damage unit mean for UV curing station as shown below.
Yes the unit is damage and not sure what is damage and I was hoping is the power supply since it cannot power up the diode for curing.
The picture attached is the laser diode chip mount on a round heat sink plate.
As you can see, there are 2 solder points and would like to check which terminal is positive and negative respectively.
